3. Engage Your Customers—Make ‘Em Laugh.

Brazilian business, Itaú Bank wanted to promote a campaign for their online billing and encourage customers to choose paperless monthly statements.  They successfully did this by creating a TV ad featuring this YouTube video of a baby laughing hysterically at ripping paper.  While the message might be simple, the results are monumental and the greater goal of engaging customers through marketing is achieved.  The commercial received 15 million views in less than two months after airing.
