Do you love “starting” something new like trying out a new app.  Sure, its simple to download, install, and begin using an app; but the “fun” can quickly die-out when you lack a plan or process for how you’ll use it.

In a similar way, many of Autumn’s B2B clients are ready to start a new strategic marketing, a branding campaign, and some have existing digital marketing strategies in place. However, when these clients located in Milwaukee, Chicago, or around the country,  lack a thoughtful plan, their efforts lead to frustration and failure.

So, we’ve developed a “smart-start” guide for strategic marketing to help our clients establish a solid foundation before engaging with Autumn Consulting.  Here’s our three categories:

1.  Target Audience.  Who are your target audiences?  Create a report that organizes your product categories and sales volumes compared to each audience group.

2.  Products and Categories.  Based on your product categories, what are the top 10 highest volume part sales for the last three years?  For the same categories, include the highest net profit in your report.

3.  Brand Experience.  For each target audience, what are their expectations and experiences in working with your firm? What expectations or experiences should  they have that don’t exist today.

We hope you find these three categories within our “Smart-start” guide useful to your business.  In collaboration with our clients, we analyze the outcomes of these reports, identify patterns, and look for correlations.  The insights gained from this “Smart Start” process ensures an efficient and effective strategic marketing plan.

Of course, we’d love to be your strategic marketing team to help you take the answers to these questions to develop and implement a strategic marketing program that helps your business grow.  Reach out to Nathan Misirian directly by email or phone at (262) 323-1776.
