Engaging SEO Strategies Through Clemson’s CMO Summit


Autumn Consulting, a Google search marketing firm, attended Clemson University’s 3rd Annual CMO Summit at the Erwin Center for Brand Communications as a hybrid in-person and virtual event on September 10, 2021. 

As part of the Erwin Center’s mission to educate future brand leaders, the Annual CMO Summit brought in subject matter experts representing some of the world’s most recognizable consumer brands and marketing services companies, including Chick-fil-A, Saucony, and McCann Worldgroup. In line with the Erwin Center’s practitioner-based program, bringing in brand and agency leaders together to discuss this year’s theme, “Mindful Marketing; Forward-thinking through Unity and Intention,” provided a unique opportunity for students, faculty, and industry professionals to collaborate. It is a passion of Nathan’s to work with the next generation of business leaders to help in their career growth. Autumn Consulting was also proud to have Assistant Project Manager Delaney Niemeyer, a Junior at Clemson University, B.A. Communication, Brand Communications Minor, as a presenter on behalf of the Erwin Center for Brand Communications

The conference shed light on crucial tactics for brand strength acceleration, facilitating and engaging in positive change, and the future of personalized marketing & media. Over the last two years, brands and agencies have had to maintain flexibility in their marketing strategies as a result of tremendous pivots. Circumstances have pushed agencies to recognize their responsibility toward building positivity in culture, both within and without. Leaders shared their insights on lessons learned through navigating uncertainty.
