Autumn Consulting is pleased to announce the launch of Goodwill of North Central Wisconsin’s (NCW) revamped website: http://www.goodwillncw.org/.
Goodwill NCW’s Community Impact
Though Goodwill is most commonly known for its 24 unique retail locations stocked with new and reusable goods, this is just one feature of the Goodwill brand. The enterprise-driven, non-for-profit organization also serves men, women, children, seniors and various other populations through 25+ eclectic programs helping them be, “imbedded in the health of the community,” says, Bob Pedersen, Goodwill NCW’s President and CEO.
Developing a Prospect-Centric Website
But when it came to marketing their goods, services and locations on the web, the Goodwill team knew more could be done. “Before, it [the website] wasn’t very interactive. It didn’t give fresh content and didn’t give people an opportunity to connect with us,” Pedersen admits. “It was more of a reference book.” Through an integrated marketing process that challenged thinking about how to further engage customers, the Autumn and Goodwill teams rallied together to customize a new breed of site that’s innovative, informative and interactive. “What I like [about the new site] is that it’s fresh, contemporary and appeals to a piece of our market,” Pedersen says.
Goodwill Site Highlights
A website that’s completely revamped from the content to its design, with several unique opportunities to clarify marketing messages is what you’ll find at the new Goodwill NCW site. Check out these top features:

Pedersen has built a strong culture and dynamic brand. But just like any business, sometimes the pot just needs stirring.
“We’re a $50 million organization, but we still don’t know all the key things, like how to drive more interest,” Pedersen admits. Enter the Autumn Consulting team. “Nathan helped us with this… he took time to understand the culture of the organization and the people he’d be working with. We’re pretty progressive and sometimes it’s tough for people, but he did it masterfully,” Pedersen says.
