    • if repeat, they have expectations that each deliverable will be as good or better than the last

    • love it when we help them succeed
  • People we don’t yet know (Prospects)…
    • have a problem or issue that we are qualified to solve/fix
    • are likely searching the internet for similar services/products that we provide
    • might find out about us via the internet or through word of mouth
    • may not fully understand how we are different from our competitors
    • may have a misunderstanding or misconception of our product/service
    • may not know we exist
