Autumn Consulting recently worked with Goodwill of North Central Wisconsin to create a new interactive feature on their website that would connect and engage Goodwill shoppers.
The feature is called Good Look. Goodwill shoppers create a Good Look account, then upload a picture of themselves in their Goodwill attire. Users then write a short testimonial about their newly bought items or experience shopping at Goodwill.
Visitors to the website can then “like” and share these testimonial posts on their Facebook pages.
This new feature helps Goodwill to:
- build an online community of Goodwill shoppers.
- promote their great products and services through user testimonials.
- share user experiences through social media.
